The guests praised exceptional, attentive service from arrival. They loved the elegant old-world setting, luxurious touches and spa, with a location convenient for exploring Prague. The restaurant's food, presentation and atmosphere also impressed them. They would gladly return.

The guests felt the hotel exceeded expectations, with striking art and statues throughout yet a comfortable, quiet atmosphere. Staff were accommodating and service excellent. The location beside the US embassy and near the Castle district suited them well. They would return.
