The couple enjoyed two nights here while visiting friends. They liked the open, modern lobby and spacious neutral-toned room with high ceilings, a sofa, desk, ample storage and a comfortable king bed with charging points on both sides. The bright bathroom had good counter space and both rain and handheld showerheads; an iron and safe were provided. Breakfast offered fresh buffet items and eggs to order, and they could make coffee or tea in the room. The rooftop had views and light tapas rather than a full dinner; cold weather kept them from trying the outdoor seating and fire pits. Nearby dining, shops and SouthPark Mall were easy to reach on foot. They felt the hotel offered an upscale, comfortable stay at a fair price, without expecting five-star luxury.
