Hilton says Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya and Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya transitioned to all-inclusive on October 1. It also announces an 18-plus Waldorf policy from January 10, 2027; Conrad’s wider resort remains multigenerational.
These are separate changes with different effective dates. A family booking spanning the January transition needs explicit confirmation of the applicable age policy. Do not treat the two properties as interchangeable simply because both now use an all-inclusive description.
Ask for the exact inclusions and exclusions of your rate, including dining access, drinks, activities and any premium supplements. Guests with older reservations should obtain written confirmation of what changes, if anything, for their existing contract. The announcement does not establish that every future experience or separately priced service is included.
