Hyatt announced QURO Bangkok Riverside on October 20. The 62-room Unscripted property was previously The StandardX, Bangkok Phra Arthit, and sits in the Bang Lamphu riverside neighborhood.
The name change matters if you are matching an older recommendation, map pin or reservation to today’s hotel listing. Verify the property address rather than searching by name alone, and ask the hotel how any pre-existing booking is being handled. Joining a collection is different from opening a completely new building.
For a river-focused stay, request the outlook of the actual room category and check arrival instructions for your transport. Review loyalty eligibility against the current booking channel and rate; a new affiliation does not automatically convert every old or third-party reservation into an eligible stay.
