Hive House opened in Cary, North Carolina, as an Unscripted by Hyatt property, according to the September 24 announcement. Its 45 suites include full kitchens and separate living spaces.
That format is worth considering when your stay involves several nights, work or a preference for some meals at home. Before comparing the total with a conventional hotel, ask which kitchen equipment is supplied, how housekeeping is scheduled and whether a longer-stay rate changes the cancellation rules.
A suite label does not necessarily mean there is a separately enclosed bedroom. Ask for the floor plan and confirm the sleeping arrangement for every guest. If you are bringing a dog, request the current size limits and fees in writing; a pet-friendly description is not permission for every animal or room.
